In regards to your OPRA request for "all permits (open and closed) for the
property located at 464 Dover Road, Block 21.10, Lot 11", the Borough of
South Toms River has an intergovernmental agreement with the Township of
Toms River to handle our construction permits and have very few here. I
check through what we have and there are no permits, either open or
closed. Please file an OPRA request with the Township of Toms River to
check with them as well.
The Borough of South Toms River considers this request to be completed and
closed.
