Thank you for informing me that the city of Bayonne does not have water utility records.
I also requested properties with code violations, tax delinquent properties, and vacant or abandoned properties. Does the city of Bayonne have access to these records?
Yours sincerely,
Mona
Sorry for the confusion but we requested properties with condemned, fire damaged, utility shut-off/lien
and judgments not water utility records. Does the city of Bayonne have access to these records?
Yours sincerely,
Mona
The City of Bayonne does not have access to the records you are referring to regarding any Utilities.
You can contact Veolia for water utility 1-888-434-0518 and PSE&G for Gas/Elec utility (no contact info on file.)
You OPRA #23-1288 is currently under review for the remainder of your request.

Attached is a listing of properties that have had fire incidents. There
is no listing of condemned properties.
The Tax Collector advised that they do no maintain a report specifically
for liens due to utilities shut off, therefore there are no other
responsive records to OPRA #23-1288.
