Dear East Greenwich Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Please note: I show nothing in the Planning/Zoning files for Block 1603,
Lot 3 or 4. Attached are resolutions from 2006 & 2008 for Bryson's
Village regarding Block 1602, Lot 2.03. I am still researching for 2003
resolution, however please let us know if the attached answer your
questions.

rules.
***A public official, officer, employee or custodian who knowingly and
willfully violates p.l. 1963, c.73 (c.47:1a-1 et seq.), as amended and
supplemented, and is found to have unreasonably denied access under the
totality of the circumstances, shall be subject to a civil penalty of
$1,000 for an initial violation, $2,500 for a second violation that occurs
within ten (10) years of an initial violation, and $5,000 for a third
violation that occurs within ten (10) years of an initial violation
(N.J.S.A. 47:1A-11)***

See attachments broken down by property.
200 Bryson's way house was built in 2008- lists all permits for the
property and survey, no zoning plans located
170 County- built 1940- our old box in storage is 1979- we check from 79
to current, found some permits, survey, some zoning plans, landlord
registration & rental CO
172 County- built 1928 searched boxes 1979- to current. No survey
located, no zoning plans and only two permits- solar permit 2023 and 1993
roof over patio permit
