In regards to your recently submitted OPRA request, attached please find the responses from our Tax Office, Building Bureau and Division of Utilities. Our Building Bureau advised that they only had responsive records for 3 of the properties. Our Housing Bureau and Tax Assessor's office did not have responsive records on file to provide for your request. Please be advised that the Municipal Clerk's office is still awaiting 1 more department's response to your OPRA request thus, the City seeks an extension to Wednesday, July 5th to further process your request.
