The Borough of Emerson received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on Thursday, July 23, 2020. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is Monday, August 3, 2020. Your OPRA request seeks access to the following: All violations of record, building permits, property record card, and any planning and/or zoning board applications or resolutions pertaining to the property located at 212 Ackerman Avenue, Emerson, NJ 07630 (Block 501, Lot 20).
