Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Good Afternoon,
In response to your OPRA request for 128 Elizabeth Place,
Totowa. After reviewing the file only one permit was issued. No final
was done and it is now considered “Void” due to it being issued in 1992.
No documents in regard to any oil tank. No violations that we are aware
of. Hope this helps.
