Dear East Rutherford Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Tax Delinquent
- A list of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill
for the last 12 months. Please also include in the list or separately a
list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the
property.
Please include the amount owed, and the name of the property owner.
Water Shut Off / Utility Liens
- A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened
against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the
water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.
Please include the amount owned, and the name of the property owner.
Vacant properties.
- Excel Listing of Vacant Houses with Property Address, Property Owner Name and Mailing Address, and any Other Contact Information you have available.
Code violations
- A list of all property with code violations from the past 12 months.
Please include the owner information, and the nature of the violation, and the current violation status.
Please send the files as an excel sheet if possible.

Good afternoon,
Please see attached reports on Liens, Delinquencies, and Vacant Property
List. We do not bill for water and are not involved with water being shut
off.
The Building Dept. does not maintain a list of Code Violations and can
only look up a particular address. This concludes this OPRA request. Thank
