This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of property addresses that are owned by a tax-exempt entity, this includes any non-profit, religious, educational, governmental, any tax-exempt entity. (include ALL property types, including commercial, residential, manufacturing).

2. A list of all residential AND commercial property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned. Please include owner's name and contact information (if available), and date the property was designated as such.

Please put all lists in separate Excel files. NO PDF's if possible. If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
