on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(a).
As a point of clarification, to keep your request from being overly broad,
can you please address the following:
1. Please specify the type of permits you are requesting. Typically for
the closing of a home construction permits are requested. Would
construction permits fulfill your request?
2. Please specify a timeframe for your requested documents. Example: 2010
to present, 2010 to 2020, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Yes any construction permits would fulfill my request and is it possible to have the search look back 30 years, 1990-present?

- 02/17/2021: The date the Borough of High Bridge received your Open
Public Records Act (OPRA) request.
- 02/18/2021: The date the official reviewed your request.
- 03/09/2021: The date the response to this request is due as the Borough
keeps reduced OPRA processing hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
(N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(a)).
