I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.

Good Morning,
Please see attached documents, pursuant to your OPRA request. Files
marked with a "C" are closed, others are open or expired. However, any
work completed without permits, the homeowner will need to secure permits
for said work to resale home. Absence of a permit for an oil tank does
not mean there were never tanks on site. Interested parties should do
their due diligence. Unlisted phone numbers have been redacted as per NJSA
47:1A-1.1.
Taxes are paid current through the 3rd quarter. There are no open liens
or property cleanup charges as of today, August 21, 2019.
