The City of Summit has fulfilled your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request dated 08/25/2020. The official Records Custodian received your request on 08/25/2020. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 09/03/2020.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following information:

168 Broad St. Block: 4009  Lot: 12 open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. I would like to know which permits are still open and need to be closed. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and/or septic tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and/or septic tank location.

The records are being transmitted to you via Email. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b. the cost associated with this request is $0.00.
