2 - Records of any open or closed permits taken from this property for electrical, plumbing, roof, siding, driveway, furnace, water heater, central air, pool, any structural and/or construction done in the property.
4 - Records of any easements, encroachments, or other agreements on file with the town.
5- Records of Lien on property.
