This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All property addresses that have any of the following "New Jersey State
Land Use Codes":

1 - Vacant Land
2 - Residential (1-4 Units)
4A - Commercial
4B - Industrial
4C - Apartment Buildings (5 or more Units)

Please include the following information with each property address:

- Zoning District
- # of Units (if multi family, mixed use, or has multiple
commercial/industrial tenants)

An example would look like this:

Address, Use Code, Zoning, Units
123 Main St, 2, R-3, 3

Please return your findings in an excel spreadsheet.
