Hi Andrea,

The state of New Jersey has an associated "Land Use Code" with every property. What I am asking for is a file that has all properties that are designated with codes "1,2,4A,4B,4C". I addition to that, I am asking you to also include the property's zoning and number of units (if more than 1) in your findings. Please let me know if this helps. I've had the same request fulfilled by Newark, Jersey City, Roselle Park, and North Haledon.

Yours sincerely,

Monica

After checking with the Tax Assessor, Engineering and Zoning - we do not have any document (s) available that would comply to such request.
