Dear Pitman Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All properties that currently have delinquent property taxes which date back up to 2 years that have balances greater than $1000.
All properties that are absentee-owned
All properties that are deemed vacant/abandoned
All properties in probate
All properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to 1 year, this list should also include balances greater than $500.
All properties with code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed, the type of violation related to each particular property.
All properties with water shut off notice within the last 3 months.

In response to the Open Public Records Request submitted to the Borough of Pitman on October 22, 2020, I am providing the following information.
1. List of properties currently having delinquent property taxes up to two years and in excess of $1000 is attached. A tax sale of delinquent 2019 taxes took place in September 2020.
2. No record exists of absentee-owned properties
3. No record exists of properties deemed vacant/abandoned. Prochamps manages the Borough's vacant property registrations.
4. No record exists of properties currently in probate.
5. A list of properties with delinquent sewer bills which date back up to one year, with balances greater the $500.00 is attached.
6. A list of properties with code violations and the type is attached.
7. No properties have had their water shut off, or notice thereof, within the last three months.
