Dear Mr. Mip,
In response to your OPRA Request received October 22, 2020 we have
reviewed your request and have found that we do not have any
documents responsive to same. Cherry Hill Township is a fiscal
year town with an accelerated tax sale, therefore no delinquencies
that meet the time period requested.
As a result of our search, subsequent findings and this response
to your request, we have marked your OPRA request received October
22, 2020 as satisfied and closed.
A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
If you have any additional questions and/or concerns, or if we can
be of further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our
