Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
The correspondence regarding the application (item #2 under our request) was fulfilled. However, the attachments provided in the download link did not include the application materials submitted by the applicant (item #1 under our request). Our past OPRA requests for other applicants provided the requested materials, such as site plans, maps, hydrological studies, and other documents required by the WQMP rules.
Please advise on the attachment of the applicant materials submitted for the amendment application.
