Dear Vasil , Betty,

The investigation involved that office. Greg Houk assured me in August 2017 that the subsequent Will would be filed of record as soon as he received documentation. He issued new Letters Testamentary but has not posted the subsequent Will. The original filed Will appears of record as an attachment to a Complaint, but the original Will that was filed in 2011 HAS BEEN REMOVED from the record. The NJ criminal statutes address tampering with public records but it looks like those statutes only applied when Mr. Coronado picked and chose what he decided warranted prosecution. It also means that reliance on the public records of Ocean County, and perhaps the entire state, is non-existent.

This was sent to them in September but there has yet to be a response. It should not take over a year for Mr. Houk to complete the process, nor should it take 3 months for this investigation to be completed. Please provide the results of this investigation and you should now also be investigating why no response has been received.

Yours sincerely,

CORRECTED SPELLING OF GREG HOCK'S NAME AND ADD SENTENCE ABOUT STATUS OF TRUST
Dear Vasil , Betty,
The investigation involved that office. Greg Hock assured me in August 2017 that a subsequent Will would be filed of record as soon as he received documentation. He issued new Letters Testamentary but has not posted the subsequent Will. The beneficiaries want to know the status of the Trust created by the original Will since the original filed Will appears of record as an attachment to a Complaint, but the original Will itself that was filed in 2011 HAS BEEN REMOVED from the record.

Dear Vasil , Betty,

The Supreme Court of New Jersey, District Ethics Committee has determined "that there is no evidence of unethical conduct..." and has closed its file.

Apparently, public filings can appear and disappear from the official public records in New Jersey despite criminal statutes. I will not live in or do business in a state when the prosecutors selectively enforce criminal statutes and there is no standard for ethical behavior up to and including the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Yours sincerely,

barry cohen

Dear Toye , Kevin and Scott:

Kevin mentioned you are not the custodian of probated wills. The Surrogates Office claimed for 1 1/2 years they were waiting for some paperwork. They have not posted the replacement will and has blocked or refuses to take phone calls.

Can someone at OC public records explain to one a beneficiaries under the original will why the Surrogate Court refuses to post what I have been told is the operative document. I am being asked about the status of the trust created by the originally probated will, which still appears as an attachment to the complaint that is the only document that appears of record related to my late father's estate.

Yours sincerely,

barry cohen
