Copies of all area in need of redevelopment studies, area in need of rehabilitation studies, redevelopment plans, redevelopment agreements, and financial agreements, and resolution(s) and/or ordinance(s) memorializing and/or approving same, for the Property, from January 1, 1980 to present.
