letter in response to your request for records pursuant to the Open Public
Records Act (“OPRA”) submitted and received on 04/20/2026.

In regard to your request for emails, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5, a

of the required criteria, is invalid pursuant to the OPRA, and is thus
