This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All primary elections petitions submitted for the June 6, 2023 election. Please provide as soon as possible as the election timeline is tight. I prefer the petitions provided as PDF files, if possible.

This OPRA request has been received on Thursday, March 30, 2023. It will
be reviewed and processed. A response will be sent within seven (7)
business days after the City's custodian of records receives the
request.Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with
reasonable clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all
of an agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask
questions are not proper requests. See Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record
custodians are not required to conduct research or create new records in
response to an OPRA request. You will be notified if your OPRA request
requires clarification or is non-conforming.Please contact this office
should you require further guidance.
