There is an ongoing roofing construction project at Pinelands Regional High School, which is part of Pinelands Regional School District in Little Egg Harbor Township. As screenshot on this page of the contract:

"notification" of the asbestos removal plan was required to be sent to the NJ Department of Environmental Protection at least ten days in advance of any removal or disposal of asbestos. After requesting this document from NJDEP, they recommended instead contacting the Department of Labor.

Please provide all asbestos removal/transport plans, as submitted during the year of 2017. Also provide any correspondence, documents, or responses related to this plan. This includes acknowledgement of, responses to, or correspondence between the department and the district, or with one of its contractors, Kobithen Roofing and Insulation, or New Road Construction.
