Good Afternoon,
Please be advised Glotel worked as a consultant for the cell carrier
companies when the water tank was painted. The cell carriers hired Glotel
directly; the Borough did not have a contract with Glotel. The temporary
removal and reinstallation of the cell carrier equipment was the
responsibility of the cell companies. Please feel free to contact me
