Dear New Brunswick City,

The public has a right to know if the city of new Brunswick is denying specific members of the press a right and or privlidge access to a public service and tax payer funded process based on viewpoint and the content of speech being reported.

I request the list of emails the public information officer uses to distribute public information releases to the press. The list from the month of 12/15/2019 , the list for 2/15/20 , the list as it currently exists.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
