Regarding this request which was received October 1, 2019through the OPRA

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, pleaseprovide copies of all
email(s) sent by the Public Information Officer(sufficient to show the
addresses of all recipients, including CC'd or BCC'drecipients)
distributing this 9/30/19 press release to members of the media:

As stated in the email dated Thursday October 3, 2019 and sent to
[2]editor@newbrunswcik today.com  - Please be advised that further
clarification is being sought in order to locatethe records requested in
OPRA request #8190. Specifically, to perform athorough email search, the
County requires (1) the subject and/or content ofthe email; (2) the
identity of the sender and/or recipient thereof; and (3) aspecific date or
range of dates during which the email(s) were transmitted.This criteria
has been deemed necessary under OPRA by the Government RecordsCouncil for
a request to be valid. See Elcavage v.West Milford Twp.(Passaic), GRC
Complaint No. 2009-07 (April 2010). The County cannotformulate this
criteria for you, as this could result in an inaccurateproduction of
documents.  Please clarify the specific criteria so yoursearch can be
performed.

If you would like the County to proceed with your publicinformation
request, please respond in writing within seven (7) days from10/3/19.
Otherwise, the County will consider your request withdrawn.
