I am writing to request an internal review of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's handling of my OPRA request 'Preliminary report by stockton university on 753 Walnut Street and it's connection to Dr. King.'.
The research material that Stockton, as well as the NJDEP are claiming is private and privileged has already been shared in a public forum. On April 26th of 2017 Kimberly Bylone and Brianna Cardinale presented to a publicly held symposium: https://www.facebook.com/AmericanStudies...
So the information was already shared with the public. This is a publicly funded research project about an extremely important piece of African American History, that mind you, only Caucasian professors and students worked on, and you want to keep it a secret? What was presented at that conference? What does the initial report say that is so deliberative that it can be presented in a public symposium but you refuse to give the information in an OPRA request? This will not hold up if I make a formal complaint, so just give me the report or I will file a complaint with the state.
