Good morning,
In accordance to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 (23), please be advised, Personnel and
pension records are exempt from disclosure, with the exception of specific
information that is identified as follows:
a) an individual's name, title, position, salary, payroll records,
length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation,
and the amount and type of any pension received.
Therefore, this request is denied, and considered closed.
