with regard to Block 169.01, Lot 2 – 900 N. Riverview Dr., Totowa, New Jersey, I respectfully request that you provide me with a copy of the Tax Assessor’s entire file including but not limited to the entire property record card including field inspection notes, the income and cost approaches for the subject property and any sketches or diagrams of the building and/or the land including without limitation any electronically or digitally stored data or documents.
In addition, please provide from the tax assessor’s records:
any physical measurements of the land or building;
any sketches of the land or building;
any cost approach calculations of the land or building;
any income approach calculations of the land or building;
any market data approach of the land or building; any documents relative to the assessed value supplied by the revaluation company or supplied by any appraisal firm;
the field observation notes;
any and all notes regarding any aspect of the physical characteristics of the land or building or zoning and land use for building, including but not limited to any observed or calculated characteristics of the land or building;
and all other data typically traditionally and legally, contractually or administratively required to be displayed or contained or recommended to be displayed or contained on the tax assessor’s property record card or record of assessment. Include without limitation any electronically or digitally stored data or document referenced above.
In addition, with regard to Block 169.01, Lot 2 – 900 N. Riverview Dr., Totowa, New Jersey, I respectfully request that you provide me with a:
1) copy of any building permit, building permit log or ledger, notice/notes regarding building/occupancy Temporary CO or final CO for this property pertaining to the period 2016-2024.
2) copy of any Planning or zoning resolution involving this property pertaining to the period 2016-2024.
3) copy of any application for construction or zoning approval pertaining to the period 2016-2024.
