Port Watchman Application

Records requested:
I am requesting a copy of the application for Port Watchman submitted by Michael Postorino, 28 of Sparta, NJ, on or around June of 2018.
I am requesting all documents used to determine that Postorino lacked the good character and integrity required of a Port Watchman.
I am requesting all arrest reports or other electronic or paper confirmation regarding Postorino's arrests obtained by your department during the application process.
I am requesting all documentation and notes from his sworn Commission interview.
