Dear Black Horse Pike Regional School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
  Records requested:

1. Any policy or regulation that prevents the public from entering the
Administration Building lobby during normal business hours without having
an appointment.

Policy and Regulation 9150 allows us to prohibit entrance to buildings.
See attached policy and regulation 9150

2. Any policy or regulation that requires a member of the public to file
an OPRA request online.

Regulation 8310, under E.,6, states, "The custodian will adopt a form for
the use of any person who requests access to a government record held or
controlled by the public agency."  This does not specify where or how the
form is made available.   See attached Regulation 8310. 

3. Name, position, length of service and salary of the public employee
answering the call button at the administration building at 580 Erial Rd
on 6/5/24 between the hours of 10:30am and 11:30am

Jessica Micolucci and Nicole Racioppo have been answering the door. They
work in the Business Office.  Jessica has been with the District for 7
years and her salary is $47,778.  Nicole has been with the District for 12
years and her salary is $56,789.  They were following our established
protocols in accordance with the policy/regulation.  

I will update the custodian of records information in your system.
