Records requested: Documents specifying rules and expectations for EMT's use of ambulance while on duty.
Please provide copy, in electronic form, of paperwork describing allowable break procedures and rules during an EMT's shift, while on the clock, working for the rescue squad. (Please also include rules for use of township ambulance for personal tasks, such as walking a dog, while on duty.)
Please include any documents related to special permissions or exceptions made for any and all EMT's, who may, for any reason, own an "Emotional Support Animal" or service dog, harbored at EMT's residence.
