Records requested:

Policies, protocol, and procedures relating to conflicts of interest including but not limited to a romantic and/or sexual nature:
- between sworn law enforcement (officers and administrators alike) and other county employees
- between sworn law enforcement (officers and administrators alike) and outside contractors (CFG, gourmet dining etc.)
- between sworn law enforcement (officers and administrators alike) and constitutional positions
- between sworn law enforcement (officers and administrators alike) and attorneys representing inmates, attorneys representing the county, and special county counsel.

Policies, protocols, and procedures that pertain to how relationship disclosures are handled, when they rise to the level of reporting who they are reported to, if a written report is filed, and at what point they may result in changes in position, shift, titles or work duties.

Policies, protocols, and procedures relating to when an employee is expected to report another employee’s relationship.

Policies, protocols, and procedures that dictates the repercussions or discipline related to any of the above.

I would like these in reference to both the law enforcement and the corrections divisions in the event that the policies differ from one another.
