Policies, Plans & Procedures for beach, boardwalk and tourism amid Pandemic SARS-Cov-2

We're waiting for Lisa Dickson to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Seaside Park Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

All Policies, plans and procedures for spring/summer 2020 related to the opening of the town for 1) rentals, 2) public parking, 3) public beaches access and 4) public boardwalk access, including especially the issues of 1) health and safety, 2) risk mitigation and/or management for a) residents, b) employees and c) visitors. Details on enforcement plans and measures for 1) social distancing, and 2) public human-waste management —including littering — in light of SARS-Cov-2 / Covid-19 spread via human biowaste.

Any and and all policies, plans and procedures to ensure that all property owners and residents are adequately and appropriately protected from unnecessary and increased negative health impacts and/or risk as you move forward to increase tourism and welcome visitors to our beaches and boardwalks during the SARS-Cov-2 and Covid-19 pandemic.

I am also seeking planning documents and details related to the town’s ensuring it has on hand appropriate levels of a) PPE, b) summer employees c) access to decontaminated ambulances, and d) first responders e) DPW cleanup crews, and f) equipment to mitigate health hazards. Also the plans for adequate and appropriate cleaning of the public walkways, sidewalks and streets from human waste debris Including excrement, saliva, urine, vomit, and food waste.

Information on town enforcement and monitoring social distancing in public areas, especially streets and sidewalks with public parking on them... which are often used for visitors to traverse to the beach and local businesses.

If If you do not have a document or plan among the many that I have requested above, I want a specific confirmation in writing that details which documents you are unable to provide, and specifically why - example -you do not have a written plan, you do not have a finalized plan but can share working draft, that you do not have anything that is approved, that you don’t even have a plan in the works at this point in time.

I also want to know what policies, procedures and plans were in place on the date of Wednesday, May 6 , 2020 when the town opened its beaches to the public during the New Jersey state of emergency in the global pandemic that is STILL in effect.

With great concern,
