Dear Middlesex County OPRA Center,
Re: Clarification of Request
Request copies of the following policies, if they exist from the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office Policy Manual:

1. The policy for Handling of Evidence by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office
2. The policy for using Informant by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office
3. The policy for preparing a search warrant by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office
4. The Policy for retention of notes by investigators of the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office
5. The Policy for using Digital Imaging techniques to document the crime scene by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office.
6. The policy for report completion by the Middlesex County Prosecutors Office. i.e. the timeline requirement for completing investigative reports, lab reports, etc. A few weeks or years??

Most, if not all of these areas are directed by the State Attorney's General's office to be adopted and maintained by the counties. If you are still having difficulty identifying my request then perhaps if you send me a copy of the Policy Manual table of contents for me to identify the policy that I am referring to. I could use the ones I received from Monmouth County Prosecutors Office, however, I assume they will not be the same designation.

Yours sincerely,

Bryan Bender
