Any policies or rules at the county jail regarding wearing (or removal of ) hijabs, religious head coverings for Muslim women, other head coverings such as scarves when a mugshot is taken.

Any policies or rules at the county jail regarding making mugshots without head coverings available to the public.

Any policies or rules at the county jail regarding inmates wearing hijabs or head coverings while in jail.
