Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Current Policy and procedures for Motor Vehicle License Verification Policy
2. Current Policy and Procedures when an accident or incident occurs with Town-Owned motor vehicles
3. Reports of all Incidents that have occurred involving Town-owned vehicles during the time period of January 2020 through November 16, 2021.
4. Current Drug and Alcohol testing policy.
