The Township of Neptune received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request
on September 20, 2023.

In response to your request for, "Records requested: Please provide any
and all police reports/records (including videos) and court documents
relating to Justin C Meehan relating to the offense FORGERY-UTTERING
FORGED DOCUMENTS which occurred on 11/09/2009.":

The Township is currently processing the request for, “police reports/
records… including videos relating to Justin C Meehan relating to the
offense Forgery-Uttering Forged documents which occurred on November 9,
2009”.

However, in order to obtain court documents, a judiciary request must be
submitted. Please see the attached judiciary request form. Once complete,
