For each police officer or police civilian employee who separated from his or her employment with the East Hanover Township during calendar year 2022, I'd like his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

NOTE: I note that your office, when answering a November 2, 2022 OPRAMachine request from "Hanna" directed the requestor to "please forward to Police Chief Christopher Cannizzo." Hanna's request was for a "List of police officer names, annual salary, total overtime pay, and date of hire."

I don't think my request needs to go the police department. Unlike a request for a police report, etc., employment information, particularly salary information, is normally held by the municipality rather than the police department.
