Police who left force during CY 2022 (20230525-2)
Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.
RECORDS REQUESTED:
For each police officer who separated from his or her employment with the Town of Dover during calendar year 2022, I'd like his or her "name, title, position, most recent annual salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor." (See N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10).

I sent the following e-mail on 06/26/23:
Dear Administrator DeCroce:
Town Code § 2-8(A)12 tasks the Town Administrator with "receiv[ing] and reply[ing] to all inquiries and complaints concerning Town business and to provide information and assistance in respect thereto and, in addition, to review, suggest a method for handling and follow up on all requests for information." Thus, I am writing to you and am also copying Town Attorney Thomas F. Collins, Jr.
At issue is an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request that I submitted to the Borough on May 25, 2023 via OPRAMachine (see screenshot attached). It has yet to be acknowledged and was recently marked "long overdue." I invite you to look at all the public OPRA requests filed with the Town in 2023 and note that one filed on June 5, 2023 by Edward Grimes has also not yet been acknowledged which suggests that this may be a general problem and not one that pertains only to my particular request.
I checked the e-mail address that OPRAMachine has on file for Dover, and it is [email], the same address provided on the Town's website for OPRA submissions.
Can you look into this and advise?
