Pursuant to your Open Public Records Act Request (O.P.R.A) dated December
29, 2020 requesting access to the following governmental records:  

1.      The number of police use of force incidents in the Borough of
Clementon from 2017 through 2019.  

  RESPONSE:  

2017 

There were (16) sixteen separate incidents in which Clementon police
officers used force against a subject that resulted in (26) twenty-six Use
of Force Reports being generated by Clementon police officers.  

2018    

There were (15) fifteen separate incidents in which Clementon police
officers used force against a subject that resulted in (25) twenty-six Use
of Force Reports being generated by Clementon police officers.  

2019 

There were (9) nine separate incidents in which Clementon police officers
used force against a subject that resulted in (14) fourteen Use of Force
Reports being generated by Clementon police officers.  

2.      A copy of each incident report for every use of force in the
Borough of Clementon from 2017 through 2019.  

RESPONSE:  

2017  

Copies of Clementon Borough Police Department Use of Force Reports are
being provided pursuant to O.P.R.A. provisions.  

Reports have been redacted to protect the identity and the address of
subjects (listed in section C1).  

2018 

Copies of Clementon Borough Police Department Use of Force Reports are
being provided pursuant to O.P.R.A. provisions.  

Reports have been redacted to protect the identity and the address of

2019 

Copies of Clementon Borough Police Department Use of Force Reports are
being provided pursuant to O.P.R.A. provisions.
