Dear East Orange City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

All Police Use of Force Report Forms, Each Individual Form, Suspect Names Redacted if required, from year beginning January 1 2016 through and up to and including December 31 2018.

Examining police use of force throughout the state of New Jersey for research purposes.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, East Orange City Hall Offices are currently
closed.  I am uncertain when our Offices will reopen.  If you are
submitting an OPRA Request, you are now able to review the Department of

account.  If you have any questions, please contact the Department of

so.  I am working  remotely from home and will make an effort to process
