Police union contracts
Dear Gloucester City,
Please provide the current collective negotiations agreement(s), memorandum of agreement(s) or understanding or other agreements covering the terms and conditions of employment for the Gloucester City Police Department sworn personnel. I am looking for the agreements between the recognized majority representatives and the City of Gloucester.
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

IS this the current contract or agreement covering terms and conditions of employment? This contract states it expired in 2021. Is there a successor agreement or memorandum at this time? Please clarify.
