Dear Long Beach Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

An Incident List of all Incidents in Long Beach, including Incident #, Nature, Area, Agency, Reported and Incident Address for the date May 24, 2019.

In response to your OPRA request for an incident list for May 24, 2019, please find the attached records provided by the Long Beach Township Police Department.
The Police Department’s records management system does not utilize all of the specific terminology referenced in your request. However, the attached records reflect the corresponding data fields maintained by the system for incidents occurring on the requested date, including incident number, call type, agency, disposition, and location.
Please note that certain entries are not reflected because the Township does not maintain records responsive to those portions of the request.
This response represents all records responsive to your request that are maintained by the Township and available in the requested format.
