Dear Bay Head Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

1.) On 12/28/2023, at approximately 8:32pm, Patrolman Daber, stopped a 2007 Chevrolet; please provide copy of all summons issued to the driver.

2.) On 12/28/2023, at approximately 8:32pm, Patrolman Daber, stopped a 2007 Chevrolet; please provide a copy of his narrative or report explaining the incident and stop.

3.) On 12/28/2023, at approximately 8:32pm, Patrolman Daber, stopped a 2007 Chevrolet; please provide a copy of his body cam for the duration of the stop.
