Dear Mr. Kaczor,

 

Your OPRA request for police reports and criminal complaints from January
2018 through February 2021 containing the names John M. Kaczor, John
Kaczor, Peter A. Brown and Peter Brown was received by this office on
February 22, 2021. Your request is in progress and the statutory deadline
is March 3, 2021.

 

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i)(2), with the State of Emergency in effect
due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the County will make reasonable efforts to
respond to OPRA requests within the statutory 7 business-day deadline or
