Dear Somers Point City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. All CAD reports for 50 Mays Landing Rd. Apartment 216. For the years of 2022, and 2023.
2. Any police reports from the aforementioned address.

Before you deny my request for not using your website through the city. I would reference you to the updated guidelines published by the Government Records council page 17 where it explicitly states “The means of submitting a request form (mail, in-person, Internet) will not affect which records will or will not be available for access.“
