Police Reports, CAD, Communications and Body Cam footage of the detainment of Monique Lodato at her home on 10-14-22. The complaint was filed by one Rebecca Halbach AKA Rebecca Leconey against Monique Lodato who resides at 11 Lisbon ave. Complaint was regarding a puppy Rebecca claimed was stolen and not being cared for.

Please prove all communications, including calls and emails from Rebecca and or her partner Brandon Leconey.
