In reference to your OPRA request regarding Christopher Neuert, the Police
Department will only be able to fulfill the police report if they have
it. They are asking for a timeline on that police report since it is too
vague.

In regards to your OPRA request dated May, 16, 2023, regarding the
Neuert's, I haven't heard back from you regarding a more specific
timeframe. If I don't hear back from you this OPRA will be voided.
Again, the only documents we might have are police reports.
