Records for each record# (also referred to as incid# on the call detail report) generated in response to call number 21-010501, which was a DOA occurring on January 13th, 2021 regarding decedent Chris Rogers (A.K.A. Orkan Olgac). 10 such records are listed on page 6 of the call detail report for that call, under "involvements".
