BACKGROUND:

In Giblin v. Egg Harbor Township School District, Docket No. ATL-L-3108-21 (later Federal Case No. 1:21-cv-18984), the plaintiff, who was a high school student between 2001 and 2005, claimed that she was groped and forcably kissed by the assistant band director Dominic Scalfaro. In paragraph 25 of her complaint, the plaintiff alleged that, after she became an adult she "filed a formal police report, which included the interview of at least one (1) witness." Presumably, the police report was filed with the Egg Harbor Township Police Department. Unfortunately, the only date range I have is 2005 through to the lawsuit's filing on 09/29/21.
